What is Attesar?
Attesar is a marketplace for premium digital products — templates, source code, UI kits, graphics, fonts and business templates — sold by identity-verified creators. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live and every payment is protected until you confirm delivery.
How does buyer protection work?
You pay through a licensed payment provider (card, UPI, net-banking or wallets). The money is held rather than paid to the seller. The seller delivers, you check the product, and only when you confirm delivery is the seller paid. If something is wrong, you open a dispute before confirming.
How are the rankings decided?
The Top creators, Top products and Rising creators boards at /ranking are computed only from verified, completed orders paid through Attesar, feedback from those buyers, refunds and disputes, and delivery speed. The parameters and their weights are published on the page. Positions cannot be bought; paid promotion is shown separately and labelled Sponsored.
Can I pay to appear at the top?
Yes, through Spotlight, which is our advertising board. You buy a position for one of your approved listings and the total you have spent decides the order. Every Spotlight card is labelled as paid placement, and it changes nothing else: not the merit Performance board, not search results, not your reviews. Prices start at $19.99 and payments are final.
Who can sell on Attesar?
Only sellers who complete identity verification (government ID and selfie), accept the Seller Agreement and provide their legal name, country and payout details. Each listing is also reviewed by our team before it is published.
What can I buy and sell?
31 categories of 100% legal digital goods: website templates, source code, UI kits, graphics, fonts, presets, presentation, marketing and business templates. Accounts, followers, licence-key resale and pirated content are prohibited.
What does Attesar cost?
Buyers pay a buyer-protection fee of 8% on top of the seller's price. Sellers pay a 1% fee when they withdraw earnings. There are no listing fees or subscriptions. Applicable taxes (such as GST in India) are shown before you pay.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay), UPI, net-banking and popular wallets through our payment partners Stripe and Razorpay. Prices are listed in USD and Indian buyers are charged in INR at the displayed rate. We do not accept cryptocurrency.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if the product is not delivered, is materially not as described, or infringes someone's rights — open a dispute before confirming delivery and our team reviews the evidence. Once a digital product has been delivered as described and downloaded, it is not refundable, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
How is delivery handled?
Sellers upload files to Attesar so they unlock for download the moment your payment is protected, or share licence keys and access through the secure delivery panel in the order chat. Domains are transferred registrar-to-registrar. Every download is logged.
Is Attesar available in India and internationally?
Yes. Attesar serves buyers and sellers in India and worldwide, except in jurisdictions restricted by sanctions or export-control law. Indian users can pay by UPI and cards through Razorpay; international users pay by card through Stripe.
How do sellers get paid?
Earnings from confirmed orders are credited to the seller's balance. Sellers withdraw to an Indian bank account (IMPS/NEFT), UPI, an international bank account (SWIFT) or PayPal. Every payout is reviewed by our team and the account holder name must match the verified identity.
