WHO SELLS HERE#
Only creators and rights-holders who have verified their identity with a government ID and selfie, accepted the Seller Agreement, and provided their legal name, country and payout details. Every listing they publish is screened automatically and approved by our team before it goes live.
01Buy with protection#
Open a listing, confirm that you want immediate digital delivery, and pay by card, UPI, net-banking or wallet through our licensed payment partner. You pay the seller's price plus a 8% buyer-protection fee — nothing more; where tax applies to that fee it is already inside it. The money is held — it is not paid to the seller.
02Receive delivery#
Files the seller uploaded unlock for download the moment your payment is protected. Licence keys and access invitations are shared in the order's secure delivery panel within the stated delivery time. Domains are transferred to your registrar account. Every download is logged in the order timeline.
03Check, then confirm#
Test the product. If it matches the listing, confirm delivery — that releases the payment. If it does not, open a dispute within 7 days. Orders with no action after 7 days are treated as confirmed.
04Seller is paid#
On confirmation the seller's price is credited to their balance. Sellers withdraw to a bank account, UPI ID or PayPal in their verified name, after a staff review, less a 1% withdrawal fee.
DISPUTES#
Either side can open a dispute before confirmation. Aegis, our AI assistant, prepares a summary of the timeline, downloads and messages; a member of our Trust & Safety team reads the evidence, may ask for more, and decides — usually within 48 hours. Outcomes are a refund, a release, or a partial refund both sides agree to. Decisions do not affect your statutory rights.
