You must be the author, or hold a written licence that permits resale. Attesar verifies who you are, not what you own — if a rights-holder proves otherwise, the listing is removed, the sale is reversed, and repeat cases end the account.
Describe exactly what is included and what is not. Most disputes here are not fraud; they are a buyer who expected the demo content, the fonts, or the support that was never actually part of the package.
Keep your proof of ownership. Source files, commit history, purchase receipts for anything third-party, and the licences that let you redistribute it. You may be asked for them, and having them ready is what turns a complaint into a closed ticket.
Set the licence deliberately. It is what the buyer is paying for, and it binds you as much as them — an exclusive sale means you stop selling that item to anyone else.

The host platform's rules apply to you too

Buyer: Platform APIs and developer terms change, and a product that breaks them can be de-listed or can put your own account at risk. Check the seller's update policy and how long they commit to supporting platform changes.
Seller: Your product must comply with the host platform's developer terms and API policies. You may not redistribute the platform's proprietary code, use its trademarks in your product name, imply endorsement, or bypass its billing. Name the platform versions you support.
