If you are buying

Read the licence before you pay. The licence named on the listing is the whole of what you are buying — a commercial licence is not an extended one, and neither transfers ownership. If the scope is unclear, ask in the deal chat so the answer is on the record.
Test everything before you confirm delivery. Confirming releases the money and closes the escrow. If the files are incomplete, do not match the listing, or the licence differs from what was advertised, open a dispute instead of confirming.

You may use what you bought under the stated licence. You may not resell, redistribute or relist the asset itself, or pass it to another party as your own work, unless you bought exclusive rights.

If you are selling

You must be the author, or hold a written licence that permits resale. Attesar verifies who you are, not what you own — if a rights-holder proves otherwise, the listing is removed, the sale is reversed, and repeat cases end the account.
Describe exactly what is included and what is not. Most disputes here are not fraud; they are a buyer who expected the demo content, the fonts, or the support that was never actually part of the package.
Keep your proof of ownership. Source files, commit history, purchase receipts for anything third-party, and the licences that let you redistribute it. You may be asked for them, and having them ready is what turns a complaint into a closed ticket.
Set the licence deliberately. It is what the buyer is paying for, and it binds you as much as them — an exclusive sale means you stop selling that item to anyone else.

Review exactly what it collects, where it sends it, and what it logs before it goes live.
Seller: Never include scraped datasets, contact lists, personal data, or content harvested against a site's terms of service. If your product collects or transmits personal data, state what it collects, where it goes, and what third-party services it calls.

Read it before you run it

Buyer: Review the source and its dependencies before deploying anything to production. Check for known vulnerabilities, rotate anything resembling a credential, and treat undisclosed network calls as a reason to open a dispute rather than a quirk.
Seller: Strip every credential, API key, token, `.env` file and customer record before upload. Undisclosed telemetry, obfuscated binaries, crypto-mining and backdoors are not policy violations here — they are criminal matters, and we report them.

The accounts and the running costs are yours

Buyer: Anything that calls a model or a third-party API runs on your own keys and bills to your own account, and the cost scales with how much you use it. Ask what a typical month costs before you buy. Providers also deprecate models, change rate limits and revise pricing on their own schedule, so a working build can stop working without the seller touching it.
Seller: Name every external service the buyer must sign up for, which of them have paid tiers, and what you observed a representative month to cost. Do not ship your own keys, and do not present a cost estimate as a guarantee.
