Investor Reporting on Attesar
New listings are reviewed and published daily. Monthly investor updates, board packs and data-room indexes with the working files behind them. Every seller here is identity-verified, every listing is reviewed before publication, and your payment is protected until you confirm delivery.
Sample numbers must be fictional
These files circulate with their example figures intact. Sellers may not ship a real company's numbers, including a former employer's, and doing so is both a confidentiality breach and grounds for removal. Obviously invented sample data is the sign of a seller who understands that.
Match the stage, not the aesthetic
A Series B board pack asks for cohort retention and net revenue retention that a pre-seed company cannot produce, and a seed update that reports twelve metrics reads as noise. Listings state the stage the pack was built for; that matters more than how the slides look.
A template is not a reporting obligation
What you actually owe investors is set by your shareholders' agreement and your local company law, not by a template. Use these to structure and save time, and confirm the required contents with your own advisers.
